Andrea G. Block Andrea G. Block is an associate in our Real Estate Department, concentrating her practice in all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions including sales, acquisitions, financing and leasing. Prior to becoming an attorney and joining the firm in January of 2005, she had worked for eight years as Senior Lease Administrator for an established commercial real estate landlord and developer. Andrea earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from Hofstra University. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she was the recipient of several merit scholarships, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2003. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
