Edward J. Bullard Jr.,  is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Department.  Ed represents owners, buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders and tenants in all real estate transactions and matters.  He has significant experience with drafting and negotiating commercial leases for landlords, tenants, sublandlords and subtenants, with substantial experience in leases governing the operation of restaurants and retail businesses.  Ed also has experience in corporate transactions and real estate commercial litigation.  Having served as in-house counsel for a large corporation, Ed takes a practical business approach to his representation of clients.

Prior to joining us, Ed practiced law at a mid-sized New York City law firm where he specialized in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and real estate aspects of corporate mergers, acquisitions and credit facilities.

Ed graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook (B.E. 1994) and from Hofstra University of Law (J.D. 1997), was the salutatorian of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Stony Brook and was a member of Hofstra Law Review.  He is admitted to the bar, 1998, New York; 1998, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; 1998, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York; 1998, U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York.
