Naeemah Clark
Naeemah is
an associate in the Litigation Department, concentrating her practice on
representing individuals and businesses in commercial disputes.
She has appeared in state and federal courts and arbitrations to represent
clients in a wide variety of cases, including those involving antitrust,
unfair competition, contract, fraud, and other business torts. She has
defended clients in putative class actions and multidistrict litigation and
represented clients through all phases of pre-trial and trial proceedings.
Naeemah received her Juris Doctor degree in 2002
from Yale Law School, where she was a member and student director of the
Landlord-Tenant Clinic. Before attending law school, Naeemah worked as
an analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its Corporate Finance department.
In 1997, Naeemah received her Bachelor of Arts degree with
cum laude honors
from Amherst College, where she majored in economics.
Naeemah is
admitted to practice law in New York State and in the United District Courts
for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
