David A. Gold
Dave Gold is a partner in
our Corporate and Securities Department. Dave has extensive experience
representing clients in a broad range of corporate matters including mergers
and acquisitions, private equity financing, loan transactions private
placement and public offerings. Dave’s recent transactions include
representation of the seller of a $160,000,000 assisted living portfolio and
representation of a lender in a $30,000,000 accounts receivable financing.
Dave also has experience in healthcare law. Prior to joining us, Dave
was General Counsel of MagnaCare, one of New York State’s largest managed
care companies providing services to approximately 1,000,000 individuals in
New York and New Jersey. A t MagnaCare, Dave was responsible for management
and oversight of all legal and regulatory health care and corporate matters.
Prior to his tenure at MagnaCare, Dave was an associate at a nationally
recognized law firm specializing in health care matters where he represented
numerous hospitals, health care systems and other health care providers.
Dave earned his law degree
from New York University School of Law in 1992. He received his
Bachelor of Science degree in biology, cum laude, from the University
of Massachusetts, at Amherst in 1989, where he was also a member of Phi Beta
Kappa. Dave is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
