Joshua is an associate in our Real Estate Department, where his practice covers a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, mortgage and mezzanine financing, debt restructuring and workouts, formation and negotiation of joint venture agreements, structuring of partnerships and limited liability companies and retail and office leasing.  Joshua also has considerable experience involving condominium and cooperative offering plans, distressed loans and properties, hotel transactions, affordable housing development, tax-exemption and tax-abatement programs and tax certiorari.  Prior to joining the firm, Joshua practiced in the real estate group of an international law firm, where he represented real estate private equity funds, pension funds, domestic and foreign institutional investors, lenders and developers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Joshua earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 2001.  He earned his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 2004.  He is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
