Jessica Nagle Martin
Jessica Nagle Martin is an associate in the
Litigation Department, concentrating her practice in all phases of
commercial litigation in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining WBEMS, Jessica was associated with two large Long Island
law firms, where she concentrated in commercial litigation and bankruptcy
and creditors' rights litigation. Prior to that, she practiced in the
litigation department of the New York office of a major international law
firm for five years, where she litigated a broad array of commercial
matters.
Jessica is a 1996 magna cum laude graduate of
Marist College, where she received the Marist College award for excellence
in political science, and is a 1999 cum laude graduate of Boston University
School of Law, where she was a Paul J. Liacos Scholar, a G. Joseph Tauro
Distinguished Scholar, and an editor of the Public Interest Law Journal.
Jessica is a member of the New York State, Nassau County, and Federal Bar
Associations. In 2006, she was appointed to the Governing Board of the
Suffolk County Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Jessica is also a
member of the Long Island chapter of the Executive Women’s Golf
Association. She is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts and
in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, and Northern
Districts of New York. |
