Kristen McHale Kristen is an associate in our Litigation Department, concentrating on general commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the Firm, she was associated with a prestigious university in New York. Prior to that, she practiced at two international law firms, where she focused on litigation and tax matters. Kristen attended Boston University, where she graduated cum laude with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. She earned her law degree from Columbia Law School in 2002, where she was a Stone Scholar and an Articles Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
