Jeffrey Murphy
Jeffrey Murphy is an associate in the Real Estate Department.
He is actively engaged in various aspects of commercial real estate law,
including real estate finance, acquisitions and sales, development, and
leasing. Jeff represents
borrowers and lenders in mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions and
refinancing, developers, owners, and managers of office, hotel, and retail
properties in acquisitions, dispositions and management, and commercial
landlords and tenants in leasing transactions.
Jeff received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law
School in 2008 and his A.B. in History from Dartmouth College (cum laude) in
2002. During law school, he was a contributing editor of the Michigan
Journal of International Law and chair of the Real Estate Law Society.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
