Barry S. Rozenberg is Counsel to the Corporate and Securities Department.  His broad legal experience includes mergers and acquisitions, private placements, securities offerings, financing transactions and general corporate matters. 

Barry’s practice of law in the U.S. has included work as an Associate at a nationally-recognized law firm in New York City and at a boutique firm.

Barry is a member of the New York Bar as well as admitted to the practice of law in Israel, where he worked for Israel’s largest law firm.  He also served as General Counsel and Product Architect for an Israeli high-tech start-up that developed original software used by major U.S. law firms in the document drafting and review process.

In addition to his legal experience, Barry brings several years of business experience to his legal practice and understands the business concerns that frame legal issues.  He also speaks Hebrew and Spanish.

Barry earned his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1990, where he served as a member of the Cardozo Law Review
