David Tsin

David Tsin is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.  He represents clients in a wide range of business law matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity investments, commercial and financing transactions, public and private offerings of securities, compliance with securities laws and regulations, legal entity governance, and other business-related matters.


Prior to joining our firm, David practiced law at the New York office of two prominent law firms, where he focused on corporate and securities law matters.  Prior to attending law school, David, who is also a Certified Public Accountant, worked in the public accounting profession as an Audit Manager at KPMG LLP.


David earned his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, both in 2009.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2000.


David is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the District of Columbia and before various federal courts.


David is involved in community service and charitable endeavors.  He serves as a member of Manhattan Community Board 6, and as a member of the Rising Leaders Council of New York Cares, a not-for-profit organization.  David has been recognized by the New York State Bar Association as an Empire State Counsel honoree.


David is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
