Lauren Reilly is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Lauren worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, where she gained extensive litigation and case management experience. Lauren has successfully conducted both bench and jury trials, as well as countless suppression hearings involving crimes ranging from misdemeanors to violent felony offenses.
Lauren earned her law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law mentoring students in trial advocacy techniques. While at Hofstra, Lauren received multiple accolades for her trial advocacy skills, including the New York City Trial Lawyers Alliance Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy in 2016, and the Best Overall Advocate Award from the New York State Bar Association, Trial Lawyers Section at the National Trial Competition in 2016. Lauren was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of International Business and Law. Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
