Brian P. Walsh

Brian P. Walsh is an Associate in the Firm's Litigation Department, where he focuses on complex civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, product liability, and premises liability.

 

Brian earned his law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was a Municipal Law Fellow and Honor’s Program Scholar.   At Touro, he served as a Research Editor of the Touro Law Review and authored a published article entitled How To Remedy The Court’s Unreasonable Expansion Of The Public Use Doctrine, 2 Texas. A&M J. of Real Prop. Law 169 (2014).  Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts from Quinnipiac University.

 

Brian is admitted to the New York State Bar and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
