Brian P. Walsh

Brian P. Walsh is an Associate in the Firm's Litigation Department.  Brian concentrates his practice on complex commercial cases, including actions concerning breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, partnership and shareholder disputes, business divorces, employment, and real estate disputes.  Brian also has experience in arbitration (including before AAA and JAMS), mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

 

Brian was recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for his business litigation work in 2019, 2020 and 2021. 

 

Brian earned his law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was a Municipal Law Fellow and Honor’s Program Scholar.   At Touro, he served as a Research Editor of the Touro Law Review and authored a published article entitled How To Remedy The Court’s Unreasonable Expansion Of The Public Use Doctrine, 2 Texas. A&M J. of Real Prop. Law 169 (2014).  Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts from Quinnipiac University.

 

Brian is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  He is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
