Frank C. Dell’Amore, a partner concentrating his practice on banking and financial services and creditors’ rights. He represents and advises financial institutions, private lenders, equity fund managers, loan servicers, and other entities in matters involving commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate, loan workouts, distressed loan acquisitions, and complex litigation and appeals. Frank is known for guiding clients through challenging situations with a practical, result-oriented approach tailored to their specific objectives.
Frank regularly appears in court on behalf of clients in distressed loan and creditor-related matters. While he seeks efficient and amicable resolutions when appropriate, he is fully prepared to vigorously protect his clients’ interests through litigation. He has successfully tried cases and conducted framed-issue hearings, frequently addressing novel and complex legal issues.
Frank also has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in all phases of the acquisition and disposition of distressed loan facilities, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and closing. In this role, he helps his clients navigate the potential hazards and hidden risks inherent in such transactions while balancing business goals with the practical realities of each deal.
In addition, Frank serves as a trusted adviser in creditor-side bankruptcy matters, providing comprehensive guidance in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. He has represented secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, and other parties-in-interest in adversary proceedings, evidentiary hearings, contested plan confirmation hearings, cash-collateral disputes, and motions seeking relief from the automatic stay.
Frank earned his undergraduate degree from The State University of New York at Albany in 2002. He then went on to earn his law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2005.
