Kayla Laskin is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Department. Kayla has experience representing owners, developers, lenders and borrowers in complex commercial real estate transactions, including in the areas of leasing of industrial, office and retail facilities, acquisitions, dispositions, financings and development projects.

Prior to joining the Firm, Kayla was an associate at a law firm based in Manhattan.

Kayla received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2019, where she was a Real Estate Fellow in the Mattone Family Institute for Real Estate Law Fellowship Program and the Associate Managing Editor of the St. John’s Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development (JCRED).  Kayla received her B.A. magna cum laude from Syracuse University in 2016.

Kayla is admitted to practice in the State of New York.  Kayla was selected as a "New York Super Lawyers Rising Star" in the area of real estate for 2022 and 2023.
