Mitchell Dank is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Department, focused primarily on the leasing of commercial properties. Mitchell represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial lease transactions involving retail, office, industrial and other commercial properties located in the New York metropolitan area and throughout the United States.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mitchell was in-house real estate counsel for a publicly traded retailer with locations throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Mitchell also worked for a New York City law firm in the commercial real estate department where he represented clients in commercial lease negotiations and commercial acquisitions and sales.

Mitchell earned his law degree from the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University in 2014, where he was Notes and Comments Editor of the Labor & Employment Law Journal.  He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 2011.

Mitchell is admitted to the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar. Mitchell was selected as a “New York Super Lawyers Rising Star” in real estate for 2021 – 2024.
