Sarah H. Moller is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Department.  Sarah represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, and other strategic transactions across a variety of industries.  Sarah also regularly counsels clients on general corporate governance matters.

Sarah earned her law degree summa cum laude from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2020, where she served as Senior Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review and received the Maurice A. Deane Award for achieving the highest GPA in her graduating class, as well as a Gold Level Public Service Award for her commitment to pro bono work.  Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Bremen in Germany.  Prior to joining the Firm, Sarah was an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity group of a Manhattan-based international law firm, where she advised clients on a variety of complex domestic and cross-border transactions.  Sarah is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is fluent in German.
